The Board Leadership Program provides a 360 degree perspective on the work field of the board, its
competences and leadership tasks. The Board Leadership Program strengthens participants ability to act
within the board and between the board and the executive board. The participants obtain a unique practice
handling the board’s most challenging tasks and decisions.
